The solution to all this mess is to replace the angle stop valve with a new quarter turn angle stop valve and a new no burst stainless steel supply line. Remove the hose from the supply line and of course the toilet. Then you can replace any parts you want.

It is not possible to repair these. If there is no problem with the connections then check for the supply line itself.
